This position plays a critical role in supporting the post-approval insurance process by reviewing documentation, coordinating electronic signatures, and ensuring all required forms are completed accurately and on time.
This is a back‑office, email‑driven role with no phone support responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy administrative work, document review, case management, and working independently in a structured environment.
Job Title: Post Approval Coordinator
Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Range: $20hr
Schedule:Part-Time, 25-30 Hours per Week
Shift:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM or 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Work Arrangement:Hybrid (On-site Monday-Wednesday, Remote Thursday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
Prepare eligible documents for electronic signature using DocuSign.
Manage assigned cases and monitor outstanding requirements.
Respond to status inquiries from internal business partners and field representatives.
Maintain accurate records within internal systems.
Research requests and determine appropriate next steps using available resources.
Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting quality and service expectations.
Follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong written communication and professional email skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience reviewing documents, forms, or paperwork.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Training
A comprehensive 6-week training program will be provided. Candidates must be able to attend and successfully complete the entire training period.
