Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Therapy department in Orange, TX. The role involves evaluating patients, developing PT treatment programs, and delivering PT services in collaboration with physicians.

The position reports to Rehab Director, EDO. Responsibilities include supervising the Physical Therapy Assistant (if assigned), applying therapeutic modalities, and coordinating care with other health care providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evaluate treatment plans with physician input.
• Provide direct PT services and supervise assistants if assigned.
• Apply modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
• Coordinate with other clinicians to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
