Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate).
- Current State Physical Therapist License or eligibility.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial patient evaluations.
- Develop and execute customized, evidence-based PT plans.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain EMR documents accurately per regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families and healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
