Job summary

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function in a post-acute setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on exercises, and maintain regulatory documentation. Full-time with competitive pay and flexible scheduling; PT licensure required; SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities
