Job summary

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Work directly with patients as they rebuild strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater independence.

This full-time or per diem role offers the opportunity to impact patient recovery in a collaborative environment. Provide evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapies focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, while monitoring progress and educating patients

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Create individualized plans of care.

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is hiring Physical Therapists to join our rehabilitation team. Work directly with patients as they rebuild strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater independence.

Compensation

• Full-Time PT: $54-$56/hour DOE
• Per Diem PT: $58-$60/hour DOE
