Qualificações

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Create individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team.

Conhecimentos

California PT license

Graduate of accredited Physical THerap

DPT or equivalent
