Job summary

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage complex cases, and participate in a 3-month onboarding program with a field mentor and leadership support.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (State of WA) and DEA.
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of medically complex, high-acuity patients.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans for chronic critical illness.
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients, wound care, infectious diseases, and post-ICU recovery needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes and goals of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
