Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Greenville, NC. This full-time role involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with excellent support, autonomy and earning potential.

Compensation is fee-for-service with a substantial, uncapped productivity component. You will deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with an experienced team, and participate in onboarding and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (State of North Carolina) and DEA required.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans for diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
