Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a compassionate and quality-driven Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join our post-acute care team in Spokane, WA. This full-time role offers rounding in an LTAC, strong support, autonomy, and earning potential with a fee-for-service compensation model ranging from $138,000 to $164,000 annually.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, and participate in ongoing onboarding and leadership development

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (State of WA) and DEA.
• New grads welcome to apply if qualified.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of medically complex, high-acuity patients.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans for patients with chronic critical illness and prolonged recovery.
• Manage advanced medical conditions including ventilator-dependent patients, wound care, infectious diseases, and post-ICU recovery needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment plans, goals of care, and long-term recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
