Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee operational performance for post-acute facilities within a regional scope. Under the VPO, you will coordinate client services, support providers, and drive process improvements to enhance care transitions and satisfaction.

You will lead onboarding, manage budgets, and coordinate quarterly onsite provider meetings. Strong healthcare knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and travel flexibility are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, practice management, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience managing operational performance, quality initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and develop complex reports or schedules.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and medical terminology preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Operates as liaison between Post-Acute facility and regional leadership for operational performance.
• Provides operational support to PODS and coordinates client service activities.
• Coordinates new hire onboarding and supports recruitment for the Post-Acute team.
• Leads onsite meetings with providers and client facilities quarterly.
• Implements policies and procedures to guide practice operations and reduce costs.
• Oversees staffing coverage to meet patient care needs and ensures budget adherence.
• Develops and implements quality programs and manages their approvals and rollout.
• Maintains records to evaluate work quantity and timeliness.
