The Western Montana Region:

• Our Skilled Nursing Facilities are located in Whitefish, Great Falls, Butte, and Dillon Montana!
• Key Partners are located in the above locations, as well as Bozeman, Billings, Helena, Kalispell, and Missoula.
• Common Outdoor Attractions in Western Montana include Skiing, Snowboarding, hunting, fishing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, and more! It is an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Compensation Details:

• Pay: Starting at $80,000 DOE + Bonuses
• Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
• Time Off: PTO

The Role's Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within assigned regions.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
• Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear targets and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Lead the development and presentation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 3+ years in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teamsto achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with results-orientedapproach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
• The ability to regularly drive to our various facilities and key partner locations
