Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT, is seeking a driven leader to head a Patient Care Liaison team and grow the facility's presence. You will drive census growth, build referral relationships with hospitals, coach the team, and implement targeted growth strategies in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $95,000 plus an incentive plan, with Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare business development, hospital liaison or post-acute sales.
• Proven success driving referrals and admissions.
• Coaching or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing, payors and hospitals.
