The position is full-time and on-site across facilities in Indiana. You will build relationships with hospitals and providers, support pre-admission processes, and help position the facility

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Willing and able to travel.
• Valid driver’s license in current state with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient pre-admission screenings at acute care hospitals or referring facilities.
• Understand and navigate managed care processes.
• Establish productive relationships with providers.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
