Job summary

BD in USA NE - Columbus (West) is seeking a Production Operator I to produce high-quality Posiflush syringes while meeting production goals. You will perform routine quality checks, monitor equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Reading and writing in English or Spanish, you will follow GMP, participate in changeovers, and collaborate with maintenance and line technicians to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Or at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• English and/or Spanish communication.
• Strong documentation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate in designated manufacturing areas.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance.
• Perform changeovers and adjust equipment.
• Document results and follow GMP standards.
• Collaborate with utilities and scheduling to manage materials.
