Job summary

BD in Columbus West seeks a PosiFlush Production Operator to produce high-quality PosiFlush syringes on assigned lines, work with teammates, and keep work areas clean while following GMP and safety rules.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or two years of manufacturing experience in lieu of formal education.

• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required
• Experience: None required

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks in ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, Multi Vac/Case Pak
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance
• Make adjustments to equipment to maintain quality and productivity
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers
• Assist line technicians with equipment repair or troubleshooting
• Keep machinery and work areas neat and comply with GMP requirements
• Perform quality inspections and record data accurately
• Communicate with utilities or scheduling group to maintain material inventory
• Collaborate with team to develop optimal task methods
• Other duties as required to support business needs
