Job summary

BD in Columbus West, NE, is seeking a PosiFlush Production Operator to join the Operations team. You will produce quality PosiFlush syringes on assigned lines, maintain clean work areas, and perform quality checks as required.

Attendance, accuracy, and adherence to BD quality and safety standards are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, adjusting settings, performing changeovers, supporting technicians, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; two years manufacturing experience acceptable in lieu.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English and/or Spanish.
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate on ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection lines and other line areas as assigned.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance throughout the shift.
• Adjust equipment to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Support line technicians with equipment repair or troubleshooting.
• Keep machinery and work areas clean and in GMP compliance.
• Perform quality inspections and record data accurately as required.
• Coordinate with utilities or scheduling to manage material inventory.
• Collaborate with team to develop efficient task methods.
• Fulfill other duties to support business needs.
