Job summary

BD is seeking a Production Operator I to produce high-quality Posiflush syringes, meeting production goals and working as part of a manufacturing team. The role involves routine quality checks, monitoring equipment, and complying with BD quality standards and safety requirements.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (or 2 years manufacturing experience) and be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work in designated manufacturing areas and operate equipment.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product and equipment changeovers.
• Support troubleshooting with Line Technicians and Operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace in GMP environment.
• Document results of quality inspections and tests.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maintain material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and methods.
• Perform additional duties as required.
