Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Point of Sale to ensure POS system stability, availability and efficient operation. You will monitor, support, and optimize POS software/hardware while coordinating with corporate and franchise teams.

You will build processes from requirements gathering through post-launch support, including testing and successful deployment, and manage vendor relationships for payments and related tech.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of experience in POS implementation, design, and related tech.
• Project management or IT staff management experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into operational requirements.

Aufgaben

• Executes and monitors content changes for POS including core functionality and payments.
• Provides Level 3 support for POS core functionality, payments, and integration services.
• Engages brand and franchisee teams to understand requirements and serve as SME.
• Produces leadership reports on workload, schedules, and QA.
• Evolves processes to improve quality assurance and efficiency; shares best practices.
• Communicates issues, status, actions and risks to management; collaborates across teams.
• Ensures adoption of technology goals and rolls out technology programs with stakeholders.
• Adheres to timelines; manages multiple priorities and responds promptly to requests.
