Everforth Apex seeks a Business Systems Analyst IV to design, configure, integrate, and implement POS and Payments solutions across multiple platforms, partnering with product owners and engineers to deliver scalable, secure outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure operational reliability, and contribute to PCI compliance and process improvements while mentoring junior analysts in a hybrid Quincy, MA setting.

• Own the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of POS and Payments solutions across multiple platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large initiatives from discovery to support.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into technical design.
• Drive incident triage and root-cause analysis for production issues (P1/P2).
• Support audit, compliance (PCI) and regulatory activities.
