Job summary

Bluu, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Los Angeles to provide phone and on-site support for merchants and resellers, stage POS hardware/software for deployment, and maintain POS department equipment.

You will perform hardware repairs, document issues, and deliver trainings on software, hardware, cables, and networks while occasionally traveling for business. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean.
• POS/PC support related experience preferred.
• Able to work off-site occasionally.
• Business travel may be required.
• Flexible work hours, as well as Saturdays available.
• CompTia A+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support; Document all merchant and reseller/agent issues; Resolve all outstanding issues as quickly as possible
• Prepare/stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• Perform hardware repairs as required, both in-house and in the field - Test, evaluate, and document all software/hardware issues
• Provide training to associates, merchants, and resellers - Install and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Provide documentation as required
