Job summary

OWL Services seeks a field service technician to service and install electronic equipment including security and POS systems across diverse settings. You will diagnose issues on electro‑mechanical devices and ensure timely maintenance in retail, commercial, and fleet environments.

The role requires traveling up to 30–40% overnight, working on‑call, and maintaining safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% overnight.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair electro‑mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and POS equipment.
• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs promptly and professionally.
• Review work orders, manuals, and drawings to perform maintenance and service of equipment.
• Use testing devices and various hand and power tools relevant to the job.
• May be assigned to other geographic areas to support new installations and upgrades.
• Perform other duties as required.
