The technician will service and install various electronic equipment, adhere to safety standards, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with 30–40% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
• Service equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems
• Complete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
• Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Travel overnight 30–40% for installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools
