OWL Services is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment across customer sites in Sandusky, OH. This on-site/field-based role requires mechanical troubleshooting, independent work, and delivering reliable field service.

The technician will service POS systems, alarms, security devices, EV charging stations, and related electronics while upholding safety standards. Overnight travel of 30–40% and a 24/7 on-call rotation are involved.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a strong problem-solver.
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Ability to travel 30–40% overnight.
• Good driving record.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Ability to travel and possessing air travel documents (REAL ID, Passport).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Service equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems.
• Complete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Travel 30–40% overnight for installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools.
