You'll troubleshoot devices such as POS systems, alarms, and security devices, participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, and travel 30–40% overnight for installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Ability to travel 30–40% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Ability to travel and possess air travel documents (REAL ID, Passport).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Service equipment including POS systems, alarms, and security devices.
• Complete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Travel overnight 30–40% for installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools.
