Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers in the store.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Understand the POS system and handle cash, checks, EBT, coupons and loyalty offers per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and loss prevention guidelines.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items and promotions.
• Monitor pricing discrepancies and report them as needed.
• Stay updated on ads, promotions and seasonal items.
• Follow safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and answer product questions.
