Job summary

ECRS in Boone, NC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end POS rollout projects, coordinating between Sales, Deployment, Support, Services, Development, and Marketing to ensure timely, successful implementations.

You will lead on-site and remote activities, manage timelines, and partner with multiple teams to meet customer expectations and deliver high-quality results. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Planning and project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Extremely strong organizational skills. Strong understanding of timeline commitments and deliverables.
• Self-starter / self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Organize introductory meetings with the Sales Executive and customer after a signed contract and deposit are received.
• Coordinate goals with assigned customer accounts and establish objectives.
• Create and assign project issues with clear goals and target dates, monitor regularly.
• Create Support Desk issues as needed and track until resolution during installation.
• Schedule regular customer meetings with agendas and detailed action steps.
• Coordinate with Deployment and Inventory to stage equipment per customer requirements.
• Document customer requirements for product enhancements.
• Work with Development and Sales to prepare estimates and specifications and manage timelines.
• Manage phased rollouts for multi-store sites with on-site visits and training.
• Schedule onsite and remote resources to meet the implementation schedule and report weekly.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and customer satisfaction.
