Job summary

Ascendum Solutions is seeking a Level 3 (LV3) Support, Site Reliability, and Operations Engineer to join a POS platform team embedded within the engineering organization. You will partner with developers across the SDLC, focusing on problem solving, learning quickly, and driving reliable service.

The role emphasizes on-call support, 24x7 readiness, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on testing of infrastructure changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience in application support or engineering is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn PCI-DSS and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Expedite issue resolution with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
• Support and maintain infrastructure and applications including off-hours support.
• Test changes to infrastructure and applications.
• Develop specifications for enhancements and modifications.
• Own incident and problem management including root cause analysis.
• Lead large projects and mentor analysts.
