Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a warehouse inventory coordinator for a full-time first shift. You will manage inventory control processes, perform counts, and ensure FIFO rotation to maintain stock and support the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience or a high school diploma with extensive experience and leadership. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO and education reimbursement, with a competitive salary and bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership.
• Or high school diploma with 6+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control for the warehouse, counts, and logistics to meet needs.
• Count and reconcile inventory daily; adjust systems as needed.
• Rotate products FIFO; establish procedures for incoming/outgoing stock.
• Maintain records for shortage detection and shrinkage; analyze inventory.
• Evaluate data to ensure adequate stock per production needs and cycles.
• Organize warehouse layout (slotting) and work with procurement to improve supply chain.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
