Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Analyst - Menu Management to join the Technology Menu Management Team in Atlanta. The role focuses on building and managing menu items, promotions, discounts, and custom configurations for in-store POS systems.

You will partner with Digital, Operations, and Marketing to optimize delivery, online ordering, and loyalty platforms, while ensuring system stability and data accuracy across NCR Aloha and IDP/DAP. Strong communication and project skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with enterprise software, business apps, or tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer menus & prices on NCR Aloha and related platforms (Aloha, Online Ordering, Menu Configuration).
• Collaborate with Digital, Operations, and Marketing to define best practices for Delivery, Online Ordering, and Loyalty.
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, 3PD integrations, and related systems.
• Perform QA to ensure updates are production-ready.
• Liaise with ItsaCheckmate for third-party delivery menu updates and pricing.
• Serve as SME for POS Menu Configuration and IDP/ DAP configurations.
• Develop documentation and training to raise IT/Service Desk skills.
• Communicate professionally across all levels and manage multiple priorities.
