Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Graphics Production Coordinator in Kapolei to print, finish, and assemble point-of-sale materials for the sales team. You will manage print requests, organize deadlines, and perform light graphic touches while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and supplier brand standards.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training in desktop publishing.
• Experience with beverage distribution a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• A working knowledge of large format printing and laminating a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proofing skills and time management.
• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Print, cut, laminate, and apply finishes to custom point of sale (POS).
• Manage sales and supplier requests.
• Light graphic design or artistic touches.
• Organize requested print jobs for pick up by deadlines.
• Determine work priorities and schedule work; expedite workflow.
• Organize Graphics Room and maintain an inventory of paper and supplies.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as paper cutter and laminator.
• Maintain a daily record of jobs printed and store related material.
• Ensure all materials comply with applicable liquor laws.
• Ensure all materials comply with supplier brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and administrative staff.
