Job summary

Boston Beer Company is seeking a Creative POS Design & Production Co‑op for a six‑month term from January 4, 2027, to June 25, 2027. The role is hybrid, based at the Seaport Corporate Office, and supports POS materials across branded portfolios.

You will help manage POS requests, assist with design and print production, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to support retail execution and business growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and enrolled after co‑op start.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic typography, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a collaborative setting.
• Willingness to participate in creative design and print production tasks.
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop new creative and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Custom and Everyday POS requests from intake to delivery.
• Support design, production, and fulfillment of point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams on projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to clarify requests and timelines.
• Assist with design, packaging updates, and retail buildouts.
• Track project workflows and organize assets for production.
