Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Life Sciences and must stay enrolled after the co-op.
• Basic chemistry or life sciences lab experience through coursework or prior work.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to follow established procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Operations & Analytical Support: Calibrate instruments and perform beer analyses.
• Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment for reliable results and safety.
• Follow lab safety protocols and SOPs at all times.
• Sensory & Product Development Support: Prepare samples for daily sensory panels.
• Assist with product evaluation and prototype preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with technical teams on development initiatives.
• Inventory & Documentation: Support weekly inventory audits and stock management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of lab activities.
