Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Frederick, MD is seeking team members to lead excellent customer experiences and promote sales. You will handle POS transactions, ask for donations, tag merchandise, greet customers, and maintain floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Ask customers for cash donations at POS.
• Tag prices and assist with pricing based on merchandise.
• Complete closing procedures as needed and maintain attendance.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Stock and organize merchandise and maintain floor standards.
• Maintain clean and safe store conditions and follow procedures.
