Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will run registers, assist with pricing, maintain floor standards, and help ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role supports a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the organization. The position requires a High School education or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and a commitment to regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Assists customers with cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise type or help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers entering the store and thanks those leaving.
