Job summary

Cordialsa USA is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage the lifecycle of POS assets across our retail network in a fast-paced CPG environment. You will coordinate requests, deliveries, maintenance, tracking, and recovery while collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing to drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive/Sheets).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Repsly or Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process freezer requests from Sales.
• Coordinate freezer deliveries with Logistics and 3PL providers.
• Track inventory and maintain asset records.
• Verify installation, branding, and asset IDs at retail sites.
• Coordinate maintenance with external service providers.
• Monitor asset movement and conduct regular audits.
• Manage asset recovery and assess refurbishment or disposal.
• Review invoices for billing accuracy.
• Prepare KPI reports on delivery, maintenance, and utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Logistics to improve workflows.
• Identify opportunities to optimize asset management processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
