Job summary

Procyonts, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to define functional requirements, write user stories, and document processes across the product lifecycle. You will liaise between IT and business units, focusing on inventory management from DCs to stores and customers, while coordinating testing with stakeholders.

Candidates should have 5+ years in retail BA roles, experience with Jira/Confluence, and ability to work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in the Retail industry.
• Understand product flow from inventory management to DCs, stores and customers.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Comfortable in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
• Ability to gauge if the solution meets requirements.
• Experience facilitating testing with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Document requirements with business stakeholders and project team.
• Identify and document impacted systems with project team and system owners.
• Lead requirements walkthroughs with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Assist partners in creating user stories.
• Prioritize functionality for each sprint.
• Create test plans and coordinate testing.
• Handover test plans to Testing Analyst and QE teams.
• Provide guidance during testing.
