Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese at native or advanced level (C1/C2).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot irregularities in data.
• Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks, chargeback rules, and anti-fraud software.
• High integrity with discretion when handling confidential financial information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor real-time account activities and transaction flows to detect fraud, AML issues, or policy breaches.
• Review flagged transactions, chargebacks, and high‑risk accounts using fraud detection tools and risk scores.
• Conduct background checks, document verification, and risk assessments on escalated accounts.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and payment operations to mitigate losses and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Communicate with customers and financial institutions in Portuguese to verify suspicious activity and resolve holds.
• Maintain comprehensive records of investigations and help improve anti-fraud rules and algorithms.
