Qualifications

• Native or near-native speaker of English
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Portuguese speaking, writing and listening proficiency
• Graduate or undergraduate student
• Open field of specialization
• Computer literacy (Mac/PC), Word and Excel, Filemaker Pro, InDesign, file sharing, etc.
• Experience living in a Portuguese-speaking country is a plus
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the School coordinator and director
• Act as liaison between administration, faculty, staff, and students
• Handle student and faculty matters with discretion and confidentiality
