Job summary

HDR is seeking a Ports & Maritime Project Manager in Houston to lead multi-discipline teams from development through close-out. You will manage complex projects, coordinate multiple initiatives, and maintain strong client relations while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

The role requires a PE license, 7 years of related experience (including 2 in project management), and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required.
MS Office and MS Project experience required.
Demonstrated leadership skills are essential.
Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project lifecycle.
Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or large routine projects.
Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings across marketing, contracts, design and production.
Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
Coordinate staffing and workload across the lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet schedule.
