Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in Vancouver, WA, handling scope, schedule, and budget across multiple industries. The role supports projects in agribusiness, oil and gas, mining, and more, with direct client interaction from proposal to completion.

The position requires a PE license, a engineering degree, and at least 7 years of related experience including 2 years in PM, along with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PE license recognized by the licensing board is required.
• 7+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for small to medium projects or routine large projects.
• Maintain client relations and coordinate with marketing, design and production meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and followed.
• Collaborate with Oregon/SW Washington teams.
