Job summary

dormakaba Americas is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Portland, OR to manage inventory within their assigned area. The role covers receiving, storing, and shipping parts and installation packages, and ensuring accurate stock transfers and safe operation at all times.

You will monitor warehouse and vehicle inventories, run weekly usage reports, and support field technicians and dormakaba locations with timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse/inventory/quality control experience.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites and field technicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments and put away parts and installation packages.
• Prepare and send shipments to technicians, dormakaba locations, customer locations, etc.
• Monitor the inventory of the warehouse and Service/Installation vans to ensure that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Run weekly reports on parts usage by tech/van and replenish on a regular basis.
