Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator in Tualatin, OR. You will pick and prepare materials for the production line, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with assembly teams to resolve inventory and receiving matters.

You will unload vendor shipments, verify accuracy and damage, stage items for put-away, and operate a forklift up to 50 lbs daily. Comfort using hardware and handheld ERP software is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred; training provided.
• Familiar with ERP/handheld devices used in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare materials for production lines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with assembly teams and other departments on inventory and receiving.
• Receive and verify shipments; unload vendor trucks and enter materials into ERP.
• Stage and organize materials for put-away in the main warehouse.
• Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs daily.
