Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for the Miracles Central and Caritas Villa communities in Portland, OR. The role oversees operations, compliance, budgeting, and staff to deliver high-quality resident services.

The position requires experience in affordable housing, supervisory skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. 40-hour weeks, with compensation range listed and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year of experience in affordable housing (LIHTC/HUD) or relevant industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic budgeting understanding.
• Ability to use common computer programs.

Responsabilités

• Represent Guardian positively and professionally.
• Coordinate to meet property management obligations.
• Ensure compliance with laws (Fair Housing, L&T, OSHA).
• Assist in operating budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage cash flow.
• Oversee budgets, operations, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and reporting.
• Lead site staff meetings and coordinate with vendors.
