The role reports to the Director - Portfolio Transformation and coordinates stakeholders to deliver program objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, PMO capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate work across multiple functions in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.
PMO and cross-functional work experience.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Translate portfolio transformation strategies into detailed project plans, workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
Maintain program management tools, reporting, documentation, and status updates.
Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across active projects.
Coordinate governance meetings and cross-functional sessions.
Produce executive-ready materials and leadership communications.
