The Inspire multi-brand restaurant company seeks a Manager, Facilities Transformation & Capital Programs to drive spend analysis, asset data, and capital investments across a portfolio of company-owned restaurants.

Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities Management, you will lead end-to-end projects from planning to delivery, develop executive-ready business cases, and align stakeholders to reduce R&M costs, improve asset performance, and support proactive maintenance programs.

Formación

• Minimum: 4-year degree in facilities management, business, finance, analytics, construction management, operations, or related field.
• Preferred: PMP certification or related change management/analytics credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise facilities performance analysis across spend, assets, work orders, capital, and operational trends.
• Translate facilities analysis into executive-ready insights, business cases, prioritization recommendations, and decision-support materials.
• Own Facilities projects end to end, including PCI programs and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the Facilities communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner across Facilities, Finance, Operations, Development, Procurement, and vendors to connect insights to action.
