Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred with 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, finance, corporate development, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Translate portfolio transformation strategies into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain program management tools, reporting, documentation, and status updates.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across active projects.
• Coordinate governance meetings and cross-functional sessions.
• Prepare leadership communications and assist with process improvements and templates.
• Maintain transaction files, diligence repositories, and governance documentation.
