Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to serve as the primary contact for a dedicated group of 3rd party mortgage clients. You will coordinate value-add campaigns, manage transfers and regulatory forms, and oversee risk and profitability metrics across client portfolios.

The role requires deep knowledge of GSE guidelines, strong communication, and advanced Excel skills. Expect collaboration with Legal, operations, and senior management to drive efficiency and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline is required.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of GSE guidelines and regulations is a plus.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent business communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key single point of contact for a group of 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Oversee transfers, prepare necessary forms and submissions, and track processes.
• Manage client P&Ls and negotiate fee schedules and contracts.
• Review Servicing Agreements for operational risks with Legal.
• Improve efficiency by translating servicing agreement content for easy querying.
• Lead onsite visits and present findings to staff and management.
