Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Associate to support market research, financial analysis, and portfolio strategy in Orlando. You will help analyze market trends, build pro forma budgets, and extract performance insights from internal data to guide acquisitions and operations.

Ideal candidates have a quantitative mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Some on-site property management exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, property management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis—research market trends, rental data, occupancy, and competitive position.
• Financial modeling & budgeting—pro forma budgets for developments, acquisitions, repositioning.
• Data analytics—use internal data to identify portfolio insights and site improvements.
• On-site operations familiarity—leasing, marketing, maintenance, resident services alignment.
• Special projects—due diligence, audits, portfolio reporting, process improvements.
