You will contribute to audits and collaborate with a team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Candidates should have a BS in accounting and 3–5+ years of progressive experience, with strong Excel/Office skills and familiarity with MRI/Real

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting preferred.
• 3-5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Knowledge of property management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual schedules.
• Process monthly owners funding and distributions.
• Handle monthly mortgage wires/ACHs.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
