Job summary

Cytel seeks a Portfolio Leader, Solutions Architecture to shape, package, and deliver high-value biometrics study solutions, aligning client needs with Cytel capabilities and driving scalable offerings. You will partner with Business Development and Strategic Account Management to influence deals and ensure successful translation from opportunity to delivery.

You will oversee portfolio delivery, ensure contracts and SOPs are current, review RFPs and budgets, and mentor teams to achieve on-time,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required with extensive experience in clinical research services.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex portfolios.
Strong client relationship skills and proven ability to influence deals.
Experience with RFPs, budgets, and service catalog development.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of portfolio studies and ensure contracts and SOPs are up to date.
Act as escalation point for study teams and clients; address quality issues and impact.
Lead RFP, proposal, and budget reviews to align with client needs.
Develop and manage service catalog and ensure tools reflect latest capabilities.
Oversee portfolio financials, trends, and risk mitigation.
Mentor project managers and staff within Cytel as needed.
